A proven methodology that worked for +70 brands
The method I focus on is based on the principles of the Lean Startup, Growth Hacking Methodology and my unique experience in the past +10 years.
This approach follows a cyclical process of ‘build, measure, learn’, in which continuous adjustments and optimization are made in iterative sprints.
1. Brainstorming & iterating
We first start with a discovery call to understand painpoints and challenges of your company. Based on existing data and insights, we work out ideas that we think can realize growth. This is always focused on the most important KPIs, which we have determined in advance.
Iterating means that we build on what was learned from the past. If something went well, we scale it up. If the result was disappointing, we stop doing what is not working.
2. Planning and execution
After our discovery call and ranking the next priorities, we would create a roadmap of initiatives that will enhance your product/company launch or improve the current marketing strategy.
3. Sprints and optimisation
If we’re all in alignment, then experimentation cycles starts and we continue to improve the GTM plan in accordance with the various outcomes.
The goal here is to understand what works and what doesn’t through practical work, while optimising the Marketing/Growth team.
4. Reporting and analysing
After a couple of months, the idea will be to start reporting into the various initiatives and review the way of working.Â
