The situation
What was broken before I came in.
SYKES Digital Services had a strong product and a global footprint — but their digital presence was fragmented and underperforming. With 10+ country websites in different states of maintenance, no coherent SEO architecture, and limited paid media coordination across regions, they were invisible in the markets that mattered most: the US and UK.
I came in as Growth & Marketing Manager with a mandate to establish SYKES Digital as the recognised global leader in CX and digital transformation — starting with digital visibility and working through to pipeline contribution.
The approach
What I actually did.
The approach was to establish SEO and paid foundations across all markets simultaneously, then prioritise the US and UK for brand positioning and lead generation.

SEO architecture rebuild across 10+ country domains: Audited and rebuilt the SEO architecture for the CNE, Cyprus, UK, US, and NL websites. Standardised technical foundations, fixed crawl issues, and built keyword strategies tailored to each market.

Unified paid media programme: Consolidated and coordinated PPC across markets — Google Ads and LinkedIn — with a unified brand message and market-specific value propositions. Removed budget duplication across regions.

US and UK brand positioning campaign: Developed the content and positioning strategy to establish SYKES Digital as the CX thought leader in the US and UK. Content marketing, PR placements, and event strategy all aligned to this narrative.

Content marketing at scale: Built a content programme covering CX trends, digital transformation, and customer experience innovation. Topics selected based on search demand and commercial intent, not just brand preference.

PR and digital authority building: Secured consistent placements in CX and technology media in the US and UK. Combined with content marketing, this built the domain authority that drove organic growth.

Cross-functional task force for digital transformation positioning: Led a unique internal task force to align marketing, sales, and product messaging around the digital transformation narrative — ensuring consistency from brand to pitch.
